No action taken Crash?

Hello, I have a little problem.
I've downloaded the game, now everytime i am trying to logg in get crash I have no clue how do I fix that, any tips?

Please try this:
-Enable UGunz in your firewall
-Disable your antivirus
Try this and tell us if it solved your problem.
