I've recently been learning how to play gunz and there has been a lot of improvement however an issue that has popped up is that i have been running into is wrist ache/pain in my movement hand, has anyone experienced and overcome an issue like this before?
I take regular breaks and don't let it get to bad but i wanted to know if there was a secret way to prevent this (probably not) the only other idea i had was changing my key bindings but they seem pretty straight forward as is
wasd Q -Sword E -Wep1 R Wep2 Scroll up -Reload left click shoot right click block
Sounds like something i could google although there isn't many games i know of that have such intense apm on the left hand at least that i have played and god forbid setting up a controller to play.
As everyone has said, you just need to build up muscle. Took me a couple of days for the pain to go away, that was after a 3 year break. Couldn't tell you how long it took me the first time.

You should not be experiencing any discomfort playing this game. If you are then it only means that you’re not setup ergonomically. Make sure your forearm, wrist, and hand muscles are RELAXED when playing the game. Checking your sitting posture won’t hurt either. If you are not relaxed while playing this then it can lead to complications later in life such as injury, carpal tunnel, etc. Remember, GunZ is a long term journey and it may take you a year or many years before you’re even at the bottom level of real competition. Letting your brain carve the key combinations into your very being is KEY to being relaxed because if it isn’t, you’ll always be overexerting your hands and forcing your muscles to do what it doesn’t know. It’s like the piano, be RELAXED. Any discomfort is a direct cause of poor technique and will probably lead to injury. I would also recommend fapping at least 5 times a day as well.
