I'm having problems with the launcher. it has everything loaded and I click to start it and it doesn't work. I disabled my windows defender

Hello @Baddyz1166

Try to right-click on the UGGLauncher > Properties > Compatibility > Set it to Windows 8 > Restart the computer.
It will probably fix the issue, but if it doesn't, send me ur last mlog file, it can be found at Computer > Local Disk > Program Files > universegamers > gunzv10.1 > MLogs; search for the one dated by the last time you tried to access our server.

no instances of gunz.exe  run in my task manager processes and uggunz.exe is not in my files

We need more information, such mlog files, a list of installed software would be nice (you can take a picture of the control panel or windows menu)
