Voltei a jogar a pouco tempo e recebi a noticia de que as contas tinham sido ''resetadas'' ou coisa do tipo, gostaria de saber se é possível recupera-la.

Lamento mas não temos como recuperar contas/itens do antigo servidor. O antigo servidor fechou e nós decidimos criar um novo com as mesmas qualidades do antigo, todas as contas e itens do antigo servidor foram perdidas. :/
