[SOLVED] Words Not Loading

What's the issue you have been facing: Ever since I switched my Windows Language to Korean, I've been getting "???" (i.e. question marks) in place of some words. The Screenshots explain better.
What have you tried to solve the issue: Reverting the Windows Language back to English fixes it, but I still cannot type Korean (comes out in question marks).

Yes, I reinstalled it after switching my Windows language. I will try it again tomorrow just to make sure.

Is it possible that the client that I am downloading from the website itself is an English-language client? Or does that not matter?
