make a new severe rule to ban spikers/abusers

its so annoying to play specially against peruvians and venezuelans and others LA players, they know they have bad internet but they keep playing abusing of it...dont give them a chance to fix or leave the cw cuz they cant fix and they will keep playing...

the point is... if you had such a bad internet would u play online and ruin other people games? seems like LA players do in on purpose...



doing /report in-game and nothing... a lot of gms and... ? @michou @pls

keep eyes on clanwars maybe? and dont come to see only when people do /report ...bro every1 dont like to waste time here reporting with replay and screenshots, people wants to play and if possible against decent players and not abusers..

Well i didnt play any cw but there are tons who keep spikes and its annoying so i cant imagine how bad it is in cw
