Hi,

I'm trying to recover my account which I know my userID and email from. The recovery tool tells me a mail has been sent to the email but I am not receiving one.

Details:

UserID: teraxinius
What did I try? I tried recovery through mail but it is never sent to my mail.

Is there any admin that can help me with recovery?
