[NO ACTION TAKEN] Screen freeze

I recently bought an nvidia gtx 1660 super and now I have problems with the gunz, the screen freezes (the game continues normally, I know this because I hear the sounds of the game) to fix it I have to press alt + tab 2 times without However I need a permanent solution.

Hello, because this thread is very old and no action was taken, I will be posting a screen/video lag support below;
1  - Clean the RAM before starting Gunz.
2 - Try to use the Disk Defragmenter.
3 - Gamebooster can also help.
4 - Decrease the resolution in game.
5 - Disable Full-Screen Optimizations in the Launcher proprieties (Windows 10).
6 - Disable Visual Themes and Disable Desktop Compositions in the Launcher proprieties(Windows 7).
... and will be closing the thread.
