Hello,
Screen / fps lag are related to the performance of your PC.
To solve this problem we recommend that you close some programs that you have opened and use software such as Game Booster, or your NVIDIA / AMD settings such as V-Sync and DSR must be disabled.

Here are some tips that can help you
1 - Clean the RAM before starting Gunz.
2 - Try to use the Disk Defragmenter.
3 - Gamebooster can also help.
4 - Decrease the resolution in game.
5 - Disable Full-Screen Optimizations in the Launcher proprieties (Windows 10).
6 - Disable Visual Themes and Disable Desktop Compositions in the Launcher proprieties(Windows 7).

Hello @vinayrram55,
Try all this =

5.1 - Enable the UPnP in the router.
5.2 - Enable Network Discovery.
Step 1 - Click on Start button (or WinX Power User menu in Windows 8/8.1), then select Control Panel.
Step 2 - Click on Network and Internet link, and then click on Network and Sharing Center.
Step 3 - In Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows 10 or later, click Change advanced sharing settings in the left panel.
5.3 - Open the following router ports in UDP protocol: 7700 - 7800
5.4 - Disable the Firewall on the router.
NOTE: If the internet stops working, enable it again.

Hello, can you please tell me what exactly is your problem here?
Is it that you can't change password?
 And have you tried what @Allan suggested for you to try?

Idk if I understood correctly.
You said you used WiFi, but maybe there's a lot of pressure on it (caused by a lot of people using it, a lot of devices,...). So try using Wired connection.
Try it and let us know how it goes.

Hello, sorry to hear this, I will post some support down below;
1. Use Ethernet cable
2. Whitelist your games
3. Close any background programs running
4. Optimize your game settings
5. Reduce the number of devices using Wi-Fi

If you try these and you still having high ping, it's probably due to;
1. Internet service provider quality (Contact them)
2. Connection speed
3. Latency
4. Geographical location

If you wanna test your pings ms you can search 'Speedtest' on any search engine.
Try these simple suggestions, and lets us know what happens.
Thank you!
