[SOLVED] Need help for recover

Hello,
I try to play Gunz after many years without playing
I do remember my ID (it is folley, and that was EuroGunz before)
When i put my ID of the recover system, it recognize my email,
But I dont receive the mail

I still have the acces of my mail
It's and hotmail adress and I've already tried everything (autorize ect)


PS : it works with my 2nd account but not with my main account

Hola buenos días amigo, tengo entendido que las cuentas de Euro fuerón eliminadas pero si te reconoce el correo electronico tienes la posibilidad de volver a recuperarla intenta contactar por algún administrador o Game master para poder ayudarte a mayor profundidad suerte .
