Try this suggestion, maybe it will help your problem.
1.
Type Mouse in the Search bar.
2.Click on Mouse and Touchpad settings.
3.Click on the Additional mouse options.
4.Click on the Pointer Options tab.
5.Uncheck the Enhance pointer precision checkbox.

Try it and let us know if it works.

Hello there!!

let's see, if you have macro buttons on your gamingmouse make sure while playing you dont touch the buttons wich possibly could be the same button to change your ingame sensivity..

Hi,
As they wrote to you here, make sure you do not press a button that changes your mouse sensitivity and also affects the mouse sensitivity in the game.
