[SOLVED] Trouble recovering 2 of my EuroGunz accounts.

I've started playing UniverseGunz again after about 10 years.
I saw that i'm able to recover my old EuroGunz account,
But i've got problems with 2 of my accounts.

First account;
Recovery successfull, but the character is missing.
UserID: blacksam12
What's the issue related to your account: character missing after recovery.
The character that's on the account at the moment, is a character i've just created after recovering account.

Second account;
Can't recover, seems to be hacked..

What's the issue related to your account: trying to recover the account, but has been hacked. (Wrong email)
