[SOLVED] recover my EuroGunz account

Hello, I am trying to recover my old EuroGunz account using the recovery system in the website. It shows my email however there is no email sent, I mean it says that the email was sent but nothing is there.
also if the IGNs help they are TornadoBUG or Conun (by the way if you can send me the email of these IGNs just that I can make sure it's the one, at least the first 3 letters of the email would make me remember)

Hello there,

Regarding to our database i can't find any ign's with the name Conun or TornadoBUG. So basicly there are no accounts created with these characters names.
