Hi Morak, thanks for asking and inquiring about your questions.
Firstly, the registrations will close April 1st 2017, as mentioned in the aqua coloured text on the first page.
Secondly, the actual tournament matches will be started approximately 3-7 days
after the registration closes (so from April 4th to April 8th 2017).
Thirdly, I updated the main post under the heading "Clothing & Items", and it can be seen quoted below.
