Staff/Server Improvements

Hello UGunz Community,

As many of you may know, the players are the voice of our community.
I am returning once again to provide a nostalgic gaming experience for the old and new generation of Gunz players.
I have a strong desire in obtaining suggestions that can be taken into consideration for improving the present Staff Team's work ethic
and provide the community with a old/new 'Olden-Day Gunz feel'.

With my return being filled with positive changes and quality content.
I will also be asserting my full capabilities as Head Staff working alongside @Pls to bring the community's wishes into reality.
Feel free to express your concerns and/or suggestions whether it be bug fixes, support, new game modes or the way we manage the community.
Bare in mind this thread was not created to bash our server more so critique it's flaws and improve it's current state.

Querido Comunidad,

Como muchos de ustedes saben, los jugadores son la voz de nuestra comunidad.
Vuelvo una vez más para ofrecer una experiencia de juego nostálgica para la vieja y nueva generación de jugadores de Gunz.
Tengo un gran deseo de obtener sugerencias que puedan tomarse en consideración para mejorar la ética de trabajo actual del Staff
y proporcionarle a la comunidad un viejo/nuevo el 'Viejo sentimiento de Gunz'.

Con mi regreso lleno de cambios positivos y contenido de calidad.
También afirmaré mis capacidades completas como Head Staff trabajando junto a @Pls para hacer realidad los deseos de la comunidad.
Siéntase libre de expresar sus inquietudes y/o sugerencias, que sean correcciones de errores, soporte, nuevos modos de juego o la forma en que administramos la comunidad.
Tienen en cuenta que este hilo no fue creado para hablar mal de nuestro servidor pero para criticar los fallas y mejorar su estado actual.

Back again maybe listen to the old gens if there are any left hard to say what is good for Gunz seems like every option has been exhausted lol

just one thing u guys can do for the tournaments... why do you guys leave them to finish 1~2 weeks later, if it can end in 1~2 days? lots of people doesnt show up...finish them at once...
