I don't have any clue... I just know that Dxtory was a solution, and I'm pretty sure you downloaded it but nobody ever provided support regarding it, they just closed the thread.

But I'm having problems with Fortnite fps too now
Before I was getting 180-200
Now only 80-100 idk why and how to fix it
