can't find config.xml and system.xml i try delete setting and system.mrs sfx.mrs and repatch it still no dash effect

dash files are in the sfx.mrs and it has nothing to do with this problem xD

you better wait for an answer of @pls. it looks like a client issue for windows 8

Things to try, delete config.xml (maybe you are with graphics and "BAD HARDWARE" option on)

still no all effect occur dash med , swordtrail , include sword slash effect . can u help me ? i can't play like this no effect make game slowly like underclock more delay
