[NO ACTION TAKEN] donator disappeared

Hi,excuse my English but I'm using a translator...I started playing again after 7 months and I have disappeared all donator...
that's all I had:

- Donator Shotgun Green
- Donator Blue Shotgun
- Donator Blue Sword 1 (Range 220)
- Pink Rich Coat Female
- EU Elite Donator Set Female
- EG Donator Set 2 Female 
- Super Donator Repairkit Hp
- Super Donator Repairkit Ap
- Donator Elite Quest Ring
- Donator Ring 2
- Color Name Pink

this is not right, I have disappeared All Because of a Maintenance,to other users donors were returned because they had evidence,And now I have them..
I want it all back donator because this is not the first time that I disappear, the same has happened many years ago,but enough is enough! I want my donators..

there are all my evidence,luckily I had all this except to phone but I can have more because I saved replays
I wrote on the Web Pages facebook but no one gave me answer..

I Think That All These tests are sufficient,help me because i have spent the money to the donators and Now that I have disappeared, it is not absolutely right!

They only refunded for 2 days , many of us didnt got there items back. We are sorry dor the unvoice and you will always can donate again or play player wars/ clan wars for dinater coins to buy yourself items for free

Or you can biy event boxes with bounty, those boxes giving you a chance to get an dknater item (yes its all random) bit ehy not and if ur lucky it can be permanent.
