They dont recover accounts anymore, i lost 2 full donor accs too 
But pls made some ingame changes to make it more fair for non donaters. I think he will also edit the event shop later to make it more balanced. U can also buy event boxes ingame. They include donater items for 7, 15, 30 days. If u are lucky u can get them permanent too
