Greetings, In euro gunz my USERID was zurc110 and my email cruzbroder_1@hotmail.com, when I go to recover the account and put the USERID I get the following message:

the following image shows that my account was created before 2011

Maybe the problem has to do with my current Universe USERID being the same (zurc110)
