Infelizmente, alguns usuários estão enfrentando o mesmo problema para trocar suas senhas. Eu realizei alguns testes e constatei que, em uma conta, consegui trocar a senha; porém, em outra, isso não foi possível. Desse modo, assim como o @TJJ disse, o sistema de recuperação de contas está com algum problema que estamos tentando resolver o mais rápido possível. Contamos com sua compreensão e lamentamos pela inconveniência que esse problema pode estar gerando.
