[SOLVED] Decreasing character level after recovery account

Hi, I went back to playing Gunz last week after many years, account recovery worked well for me, great! My problem is:

When opening the game, my characters appeared correctly at levels 71 and 61, but after starting to play the level was reduced and I was banned from using the items. This seems unstable to me because sometimes when exiting the game and returning to the beginning the level returned to normal.

Could someone help me and investigate the case? I can send the information in private.
