EN:The upstream provider is experiencing problems (5 AM ~ 10 AM GMT -03:00), some regions of the world may be without access to the server.

We are working on a solution, but for now everything looks ok, meanwhile we still don't have an official statement of the upstream provider.

PT:O provedor está com problemas (05:00 ~ 10:00 GMT -03: 00), algumas regiões do mundo podem ficar sem acesso ao servidor.

Estamos trabalhando em uma solução, mas por enquanto tudo parece ok, entretanto ainda não temos uma declaração oficial do provedor.
