[SOLVED] Keep getting logged out

its my other laptop keep logging me out, i log in fine in my other laptop

what happens is i enter my user and pass
then i go to character select scence
I select my character
then the log out prompt comes up: are you sure you to go to the server select screen?
then it automatically logs me out
then when at server select scence
are you sure you want to exit gunz? and it automatically closes gunz

i click nothing this happened 3 times i tried oning gunz
i even restarted my laptop and didn't help

it auto logs me out and auto closes gunz everytime i log in
please help

Hi There,

With reference to your issue, ensure you have your firewall disabled, and/or your gunz is bypassing the security.
Close any other programs that are running in the background when playing/launching Gunz.
Uninstall and delete all Gunz File(s) then re-install.
Take into consideration that your Hardware may not support the program,
Verify your laptop's compatibility/system requirements ensuring they are compatible with the Game.
and make sure all of your drivers are up to date, especially your video card which is updated every so often.

If neither of the above resolves your issue after being attempted
it only means your hardware does not support our Gunz program
