Solved My Fps is jump how I can fix this *****

So after a long time I play with this ***** my Fps jump up and down and I limiting this to 240 Fps and it's still jumping and hard to play that way so now I will give you information on my Pc :
Processor: Intel® Core™ i3-2100 CPU @ 3.10GHz
Installed Memory (RAM): 2.00 GB
Type System: operating system 64-bit,x64-based processor
Operating System: windows 10 Pro
Graphics Card : NVIDIA GeForce GT 430
.And I don't know what my drivers
So how I can fix this *****

What is the maximum FPS you get when you put the FPS limiter on "Unlimited"?

I got 590 I think and it's jumping

Download dxtory to limit your fps. Windows 10 and gunz ingame limiter doesn't wanna work together.

You can also use Bandicam software.

We are working on the fps limiter of Windows 10.

Tick the limit video fps box and type 250 in it, press minimize.
Set your ingame limiter to unlimited.

Set your ingame limiter to unlimited.

it's do 250.000 FPS but it's still jumping
