It's a bug in our FPS system,it will be fixed in the next patch.
You can use other softwares to get a better FPS like bandicam.

It actually does,my FPS got dropped sometimes. When I ues Bandicam my FPS is fine and I can play normaly.

CPU doesn't just determine your FPS, what gfx card are you running?

check if use an extra grafic card or the grafic card on your motherboard. the grafic cards from the mother boards are *****.
