allow recording software?

hey recently came back to universe gunz after not playing for a while I used to play lots of euro gunz. i dont understand why recording software like my built in game bar for windows 10 is disabled i like to clip stuff and make videos and wouldnt user made content such as mine possibly help advertise the server and get more people playing on it? thanks for reading

You may currently use "OBS" its a very good program used to record.
You can also stream live using this program.

its ugg thats blocking my recording software thats built in
sorry if i said it stupidly or whatever but this is the only game that my recording software doesnt work

*bumb* my recording software is still disabled when i play ugg everytime i try to open my game bar it just flashes a little brighter/darker the game but nothing pops up. please i am asking for anyway around this thanks for cooperation
