[SOLVED] Lost account

I was playing on this server last year and stopped playing because my computer broke and when I went to log in my character was gone? The three characters on my account were Forgiving Mountain and Corrupt, do you guys just give away people's characters when they stop playing? Anyways can you unban Forgiving atleast since the other names are already being used by other people
