[SOLVED] please help i cant play !!

whenever i join a room  i get stuck LAGG tagg on my head (char head) and i cant move.. i can only shoot but dont dmg and slash but i cant dash and move.... its like the char stuck in the air..
i tried to re install and reconnect my modem not working....
im from israel and im old ugg player before the server crashed..
and i dont have such problem on another server..
what to do ....
ATM i cant play
doesnt matter what room i join i always get stuck in the air

Things you can try that might fix your problem:

• Restart your computer.
• Download the gunz again You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view.
• Reinstall the gunz.
• Reinstall the gunz on your desktop.
• Change the configuration on your DNS ports. (If you don't know how to do this, add me on skype: dvx666)
• Restart your modem.
• Block your firewalls, remove the internet cable, wait 5 mins and reconnect and run your gunz luncher as administrator.
• Remove the internet cable for 1 minute, and try again.
• Port Forward, this tutorial might help. You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view.
•  Uninstall recent programs you have installed.

In gunz go Options>misc>Configuration puerto>change 7700 x 7100 and 7800x 7200(o biseversa)>Aceptar>Abrir gunz nuevamente y listo!!!!
