Solved Question regarding RPG rocket

Good day,
I have a question regarding RPG Rocket (Donate Item).

It says Controlability 45, what does this mean?
and says reload time is 6, does this mean 6 seconds? isnt this too long?

Also have anyone tried using it? like is it effective or made any difference?

In terms of rockets, information regarding "Control-ability" is meaningless since all rockets have the same spread.

Regarding the reload time stated on the main website, I believe that is a typo. The RPG reloads just as long as any other donor Rocket. The only difference between the RPG and the other donor rockets is that it can deal up to 80 damage and has a shot delay of 1100 (or 1.1 seconds).
