On order to exclude a process from Bitdefender's scanning, please proceed as follows:

- Open Bitdefender
- Click on Protection
- Click on Settings under Advance Threat Defense
- Add the game's UGGunz.exe

After our last update of the day (07/08/2017) some people began to have problem with the game simply closing as soon as one enters a room and after a few days of tests we were able to solve the problem.

WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?

- After some tests we have identified that the anti-virus (Bitdefender) is incompatible with our ant-hack system. The Ant-virus runs a Hook that the server identifies as a hack and then closes the same.

HOW TO SOLVE?

- To solve it is very simple, just follow the steps below:

1 - Go to your windows notification area at the bottom right and look for the Bitdefender icon and right click



2 - With the ant-virus interface already open click on the gear at the top and click on protection



3 - Once you open the tab you will have the option to leave the on / off protection in real time, just select it and leave off

 


It is very simple and quick to solve, if you have more problems of the same report here.

Depois da nossa última atualização do dia (07/08/2017) algumas pessoas começaram a ter problema com o jogo simplesmente fechando assim que se entra em alguma sala e apos alguns dias de testes conseguimos solucionar o problema.

QUAL É O PROBLEMA?

- Apos alguns testes identificamos que o ant-virus (Bitdefender) tem incompatibilidade com o nosso sistema de ant-hack. O ant-virus executa um hook que o server identifica como hack e logo fecha o mesmo.

COMO RESOLVER?

- Para resolver é bem simples, só seguir os passos a baixo:

1 - Vá na sua área de notificação do windows na parte direita inferior e procure o ícone do Bitdefender e clique com o direito


2 - Com a interface do ant-virus já aberto clique na engrenagem na parte superior e clique em proteção


3 - Assim que abrir a aba vai ter a opção de deixar on/off a proteção em tempo real, apenas selecione ela e deixe off
