[NO ACTION TAKEN] direct 9.0 error

nvidia dsr disabled
same error log as the last direct x9.0 thread (I need the UGG folder replaced)
e ugg file folder replaced)direct x12 already installed
nvidia updated to latest

Hello,

3.0 Make sure your videocard or vga driver is properly installed.
3.1 - Search for dxdiag and run to check the DirectX version whether it's installed.
3.2 - Once the player has DirectX 9 installed and the error "DirectX 9 or higher is required" persists, update all drivers.
3.3 - Disable Nvidia DSR.
3.4 - Replace the UGGunz.exe (located at gunzv10.1 folder)

I have done all of the above. I downloaded the UGGunz.exe from the sendspace link in the launcher.

You must have the drivers for your video card to play, if you don't have a video card, install the VGA video driver.

Visual Studio must be installed for the game to work. You can download it at the link below:

I have all of that.. I wish you guys would read my posts to begin with lol
I am running other gunz servers + league of legends, WoW, all up to date.
No anti virus either. 
DRIVERS ALL UPDATED, USED DRIVERBOOSTER TO MAKE SURE
I HAVE DIRECT X12, I HAVE THE LATEST VISUAL STUDIO.
STILL GETTING X90 DIRECT ERROR
DOWNLOADED PATCH FROM THE SENDSPACE IN THE LAUNCHER.

DONE EVERYTHING, POSTED ERROR LOG.
