[NO ACTION TAKEN] Account Recover

Hello!

I'm having issues on retrieving an account that i spent lots of money on coins to buy cash items.

I tryied to retrieve using this link You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view., but my email attatched to the account on Euro Gunz was hacked due the amount of cash itens I had... I'm trying to retrieve this email with microsoft but i'm not sure i will be able to do it. 

I would like to know if there is any other way that I can prove being the owner of the account, since the email has my name and surname on it and I remember at leats two characters name on the account. I remember a few items on it too. 

If someone on the staff can help me, please send me an email or answer me.

Eu tentei recuperar a conta por aquele link You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view.

O e-mail bate mas eu não consigo acessar ele, pq me hackearam, como expliquei la no primeiro post...

Tentei recuperar o email com a microsoft, mas por ser mto antigo eu não consigo lembrar de umas coisas que eles pedem, tipo "linha de assunto exata que você usou em emails recentes", e coisa do tipo. 
Eu criei a conta antes do Euro Gunz V9 eu acho, era criança ainda, e o e-mail eu criei quando tinha uns 8 anos de idade, usava ele no msn kkk

Estive verificando o userid "amatchukaa" e parece que ele não consta no nosso sistema. Sendo assim, presumo que sua conta não foi feita dentro do possível período em que conseguimos o antigo banco de dados de volta, que, no caso, é o ano de 2011, mais precisamente 17 de agosto. Mas, ainda assim, podemos ajudá-lo. Você já fez doações para o antigo servidor por meio do paypal?
