can you do a few things for me? upload your most recent mlog AND patchlog to You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view.

& do you mind just answering the following questions:
- have you tried to reinstall the client from the main website?
- what anti-virus do you have (if any)
- do you have teamviewer & are you willing to T.V to try to fix this?
