[SOLVED] cant screenshot or record

What's the issue you have been facing: Whenever i try to screenshot "An attempt to save screenshot has failed" and when i try to record i can, but when i try to stop the record it says"Saving the record has failed".

What have you tried to solve the issue:I don't really know how to fix this so that's why I made a thread. If someone can help me - I will appreciate it.

Re-install the game first.
If it keeps doing attempts and errors just try this:
1. Create the folders: C:\Users\<youseruser>\Documents\Universe Gamers\Gunz\Screenshots, Replay, Emblem and Music.
2. Right click the Universe Gamers folder in your Documents folder > Security tab > Edit > Add > Advanced > Find Now > Find "Everyone" > Select and click OK > OK > Check "Full Control" under permissions > OK > OK.
