No action taken Recovery but account Banned (?)

hello, i have access to the gugaotqr's email ([email protected]) . but what was the reason for the ban just for curiosity ? Cause i'm pretty sure i didnt cheat on any game.

we dont have access to ban reasons anymore but when accounts were banned prior they were banned accordingly and as per the staff then, our rules indicate you need to pay for an unban for make an appeal with the appropriate information... but since you do not have the required access, you will need to pay for an unban.
